Hi, my name is Andrew Bell, I have a counseling practice in the 633 building, and I'm a huge whisky nerd.
As I've shared my passion for whisky with friends, neighbors, colleagues, and complete strangers, I have seen meaningful connection happen when people slow down to share an embodied, communal experience.

I created this page for my business neighbors around 63rd & Holmes. If you would like me to lead a whisky (& chocolate) tasting for your office, restaurant, church, etc., I'd love to make that happen for a fee. Legally, I'll just need you to purchase the alcohol.

Is this really free?
Yes, a basic whisky tasting is completely free. If you want to try a Whisky + Chocolate tasting, I'll just ask you to cover my costs. I'm not trying to make a profit (I don't want the hassle or liability associated with selling alcohol).
Whisky & Chocolate?
Whisky & chocolate go together beautifully. If you're new to whisky, chocolate can soften the burn of alcohol and make whisky more accessible. If you have a lot of experience appreciating whisky, pairing it with chocolate can add a new dimension.
What if I don't know anything about whisky?
My goal is to make whisky accessible and enjoyable to anyone. If you're worried about the burn, add chocolate!
Why are you giving away whisky?
I get carried away by my enthusiasm sometimes, and I've amassed a whisky library that I have no business drinking on my own. I have at least as much fun sharing whisky as drinking it, and I want to meet new people!
What kinds of whiskies could be at the tastings?
Mainly scotch, but I also love to share whiskies from Ireland, Japan, and India. I'll throw in an occasional rye, but I don't have a lot of American whiskies.
Where are these tastings taking place?
Depends on the need. I'd love to host a tasting in your office if you've got room. Some of the buildings have conference rooms we can reserve if needed. I'd also love to host small tastings on the covered deck by my office.
