I provide therapy rooted in attachment theory, somatic psychology, and trauma studies to individual adults who want to feel more whole in themselves, more connected with others, and more clear about the story their life is telling.​
As a practicing Christian with formal theological training and over a decade of experience in vocational ministry, I am uniquely equipped to work with pastors, church and parachurch ministry staff, missionaries, and lay Christian leaders whose therapeutic goals overlap with their walk with Jesus.

A 50-minute session is $135
I can provide a superbill to submit for reimbursement if your insurance plan has out-of-network coverage for therapy. Payment can also come out of a Health Savings Account.​
